No need to pump it out this time...I just drilled a hole into the plastic sump lol...it drained straight into a large cement mixing tray very quickly...That's why I pump it out. Easier to control where it goes. I never thought about pumping it in. Just used Fitz's funnel. I do have two of those pumps. Different colors ...maybe use one to pump out and the other to pump in.
The last time I tried pumping it out through the Fitzstick, it just took too long...the pump struggled sucking through the long tube ...also I had problems with the tubing getting caught due to the early production fitting at the bottom...that's history since the point of PPE is the very expensive drain plug...
Pumping the fluid back in through the Fitzstick on top was amazingly fast...next fluid change (w/o filter change) should take under an hour...
