Just about every dealership here add it to their dealer orders. Then they give you the line about how great it is with our high temps here and blah, blah, blah! Look at the ADM that was on my Ranger when I bought it.Ha ha, calling bs on ALL of the stated benefits of the nitrogen tire fill. I reckon a smooth talking non-gearhead wrote that. Only tangible benefits are reduced corrosion inside wheel (a non-issue with alloy wheels), and a smaller pressure delta as tires heat up (a non-issue in non-race tires).
Dave, I'm a bit scared to ask, but I's just gotta. What in the world is a Peoria Preformance Package?Just about every dealership here add it to their dealer orders. Then they give you the line about how great it is with our high temps here and blah, blah, blah! Look at the ADM that was on my Ranger when I bought it.It took me hours and several times getting up and walking away to finally get them to remove it. If I didn't love the truck so much (had every option I wanted) I wouldn't have wasted so much time.

Thankfully dealers here have stopped adding dealer options and accessories themselves. I think they realize that more times than not they're either giving them away at cost or removing them.Just about every dealership here add it to their dealer orders. If it's a customer order they don't add it but every dealer order has them added on. I never seen that back east and I've bought many new vehicles from MA, CT and upstate NY. It's crazy to think some will actually pay for this?Thankfully dealers here have stopped adding dealer options and accessories themselves. How is a factory bed liner a "dealer installed option"?Just about every dealership here add it to their dealer orders. Scary huh? The heat must cloud some peoples judgment out here but they obviously get away with it.How is a factory bed liner a "dealer installed option"?

Well it's Cali so everyone already has their own KY.Is dinner and KY jelly included in the dealer markup price?
I just told my salesman I wasn't paying for any of that and wanted him to remove it from the buyer's order. He asked if I was sure, and I said yes...and he did it right away.Just about every dealership here add it to their dealer orders. You're lucky it went that easy for you. This was honestly the worst part about buying my truck. Everything else went smoothly except for getting them to take off this ridiculous charge. I told them I'd pay a "reasonable" amount they can keep it at $3K.I just told my salesman I wasn't paying for any of that and wanted him to remove it from the buyer's order. That's exactly what I thought. They know that P.T. Barnum was right.A fancy title they try to lure suckers in with!![]()
