Power Pack Calibration + Magna Flow Issues?

I got the Ford Power Pack Calibration kit for my 2020 XLT 4x4 and I jumped the gun on a Magnaflow street series cat-back exhaust kit when I heard the sound. Im about to have both installed before my drive across the US to relocate in San Diego.
Any issues with the pair?
Will the CA authorities freak out because I have an aftermarket exhaust?

Id appreciate any help I can get with a place to install these in Tampa Bay. All the dealers here I call seem lost when I asked them if they have ever done a reflash on rangers.

Im in the san diego area and have the MBRP turn down exhaust, no issues with the local authorities. You should be fine.
