I have a sneaking suspicion that the tech who did my alignment didn't want to bother adjusting the camber. They made me wait 90mins after my appointment time before even putting my truck on a lift and I think they rushed it..

Here's the printout they gave me. Didn't bother to give me the before measurements either.

And here are pics of my LCA eccentric bolts. Looks likes there's room for more adjustment?

What do you guys think?

Hi Joseph,

No way! Do not accept this.... Caster split is terrible... Likely it should pull to the right when driving straight ahead on a flat road. 0.2° or less. Camber is also poor. Should be able to get near zero... You got ripped off in my opinion. This needs to be redone. Toe is okay, but should not be a problem to adjust after camber and caster are fixed.

Thanks Phil! I'll be taking it back first thing in the morning. As always, you're an invaluable asset to the forum.

Im with Phil on this!!!! I want to meet that ass hole that did such a shitty job!!!!!!

I had to do the alignment on my truck a few times(the advantage of being a tech in the field) and also had to add more toe in for dynamic toe. I will take a picture in the morning of my recent results so you can see.

Jeez the manager is just as bad. They're giving me the run around and saying it's fine. "it's to spec. it'll take hours to do it, but if you insist on doing it you're welcome to wait all day in our room. We left it they way for a reason and it's going to pull all over the place if we mess with it" blah blah blah. Once they fix this, I'm taking my business elsewhere and not coming back!

Edit: after explaining to me that positive camber is desirable and me not having it, they're giving it an honest try to get it closer to stock specs. They said they'll try to get it into some negative camber, which I know they won't be able to do. But the effort is appreciated.

So what is the name of the dealership? If it takes all day I want to give them a call and inform them on how it shouldnt take all day and that they obviously dont give a shit. Also in an hour or so I will have my recent alignment sheet for you.

Here is my most recent results on my truck alignment. The steering wheel is only a fraction off from center but it is AWESOME!! If your dealer can't do this then I dont know what to say.

Wow Frenchy, they got yours as straight as an arrow! I'll post my new alignment sheet soon. They got mine within spec, +0.5* and +0.7*. I am ok with this since I am on 3" lift with oem control arms.

Are you lifted?

Yes I am lifted. I have the Old Man EMU lift. Raised the front by 2.4 and the rear by 1.6. No control arms(didnt feel it was necessary) and it does well. Also I did the alignment(most of it) myself. For toe I got my fat ass in it and had a coworker set my toe.

I believe the OP got the old “Set the toe and let it go” alignment. Poor.

Chances are you are correct on this. Clearly they didnt know how to do an alignment.
