Lol, never. Just lock the doors the one time from either inside or out from the handles (like to change it up a little ?).After shutting off your Ranger, do you lock it twice? Maybe 3 times?![]()
"C'mon Man"...what kinda Ranger owner are you? Everyone here does...well maybe it's just meLol, never. Just lock the doors the one time from either inside or out from the handles (like to change it up a little ?).
Forgot to mention earlier, it’s also not necessarily the drain, but actually more so on the startup. Doesn’t that, even today, still have a risk of causing a surge or equivalent in the electronics that were left on?
Again, it doesn’t matter in the grand scheme of things I’m sure now a days, but just another consideration.
p.s. A tailgate damper does not constitute as an accessory so feel free to change your vote if that was an influence ?

It's not an accessory but it's a Necessity!Lol, never. Just lock the doors the one time from either inside or out from the handles (like to change it up a little ?).

It used to be (many years ago), and I don't know if it still is but it sure should be:Forgot to mention earlier, it’s also not necessarily the drain, but actually more so on the startup. What's the stigma around this tailgate damper?
My diaper is sticky...how'd you know that?Just stick to your diaper. ?
To stay on topic, fixed it for you ?My diaper is shitty...how'd you know that?
That is a great idea to push the button to open the mirrors. Not 100% in this vehicle but in my GTI I always turn off ac because the dampers close and help seal off car interior. Intake to AC stays open so it dries reducing mold. I also close Ranger mirrors and after truck is off, push mirror button so the will flip out on restart. Takes longer to get out of the vehicle but I live 6 miles from work, so beat all my coworkers to work or home due to their long commutes.
Better than shitting ON!Somebody fixed it. So we don't have to shit off our trucks now.![]()

You can't...the accessory outlets plugged into your cigarette plugs stays on for two daysI always shut everything off. It’s just a habit from years of doing it in the winter to make sure I have as much juice in the battery to start on those extra cold mornings!
