I think I got lucky, basically had to clean up some joints and ligaments, I don't believe any "re attachments" of parts had to occur. So basically my shoulder and bicep are swollen and stiff cause all the meat inside is swollen and beat up.

That and I am a terrible patient, I stopped wearing the huge god awful sling issued to me 3 days after surgery and just self police the use of that arm. Pain level was pretty much low since surgery, just as I said, sore and stiff.

Was back in my garage by the 2nd day tinkering on projects cause I was going nuts.

tbh i wouldnt worry about the gladiator the one id watch is the jlur that guy has a following im sure of it with a built up rubi like that
