So far today 2/10/2019 no Ranger, still awaiting shipment now for over 12 days! I'm heading to the dealer tomorrow am. I have one more day and will not be able to accept my truck due to a month of planned travel.

^They'll hold if for you but I'm sure that's not the desired answer.
I'll be in Florida when my truck arrives and I'm betting I'll have a real itch to get back home when the truck is delivered.
This waiting is doing a number on a lot of us....

I wouldn't be surprised if yours is like mine and actually hasn't been shipped Yet. Hope it's not the case. My dealer said that Ford considers it in transit the moment it leaves the plant even if transport company just puts it in a lot to wait for rail transport. I feel your pain.............

Will not be via rail. I live about 60 miles from Michigan Assembly. All they need to do is load on a trailer and deliver, that's why it says 01 day for transit. Like I said I will be at the dealer tomorrow am. and plan on making a call to Ford Corporate. This should not be this painful. Years back I ordered a Sport Trac out of Louisville Assembly, it was timely and only about 6 weeks, not 6 months. Outcome tomorrow.

As I understand it, the tracking website won't, but you might try this link, replacing with the VIN you have.

Thx, I'vegot the Window Sticker already from the Dealer. I was hoping to see when it was shipping and ETA. Dealer just gsave me an updated ETA of Mid-March..... Had originally said 2-3 weeks when I first talked to them on 2 Feb. Kinda disappointed, but there's nothing available anywhere in Florida like the one I'm waiting for!

Same situation here. Before I left I told my sales guy I more than likely will not leave it at the dealer until I return. I told him if i elect to take it he can overnight me any paper work that requires my signature and I will return it with a check. I have a person who will then pick it up and put it in my garage.

I do have some apprehension with that route, but I completely trust my friend will not take it if there is an issue. The sales guy told me if I leave it until I return my truck will sit in an outside bull pen, out of the way so nothing can hit it. I was also told they will not show it to anyone. That being said I would feel better if it's in my garage waiting for me. This all depends on the delivery timing to me returning home. I would let it sit there for maybe a short time?

My brother's F150 came in while he was in Fl and his dealer held it for 3 weeks until he got back and it worked out fine. My dealer (different dealer) said pretty much the same thing so that's what I'm going to do. That way when I get home I can look it over and make sure there aren't any issues. But the bigger reason is I will trade-in my car and need to negotiate that part of the deal. If all goes according to schedule he'll only have to hold it for 2 weeks. But with these frustrating shipping delays it may not have to sit in the dealers pen that long....

So here is an update that I think all will be interested in:
I have so far contacted, the dealer, Ford Customer Service, and a link into the Plant.
The plant says we are done when built, Customer Service just points to the dealership and the last update I have is that the vehicle is trapped by production vehicles that are set aside due to lack of components. Below is the current status:
upload_2019-2-12_12-59-38.webp

As you can see the vehicle has been released and awaiting shipment since 1/31/2019, where this has been planned for 2/3, 2/10, and now 2/28 with a manual override. Now the "tracking" site identifies "Awaiting Shipment" to take from a few days to a week.

Bottom-line here is do not sell your current ride (I did) based on the information in the Ford Vehicle Tracker. I now have no car and plans to leave for FL. on 2/14. Right now I am a fully frustrated and dissatisfied Ford customer to the point of looking at Colorado's. Yuck.

Are they really that incompetent, that they would block in completed trucks, with those awaiting parts. Maybe we all need to look at Canyon's or Taco's.

In my case, a Lightning Blue, 4x4, Off Road, Towing, Chrome, Lariat Super Cab just ain't gonna be on a dealers lot.

Is their any way to real time track your order? Placed mine on 12/31/18 and got a scheduled build date of 3/11/19.

Update - received my VIN # and checked https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking#/ and says it is in the processing stage. I went through the Model information and my locking differential was not listed. I looked at the disclosures and it said "The Vehicle Summary area does not show all features ordered."???
Thanks

I ordered mine in Oct with a locking diff and it just got built. On the order tracking site, I think the locking diff / open diff changed almost every week from one to the other.
