Order Tracking

Is their any way to real time track your order? Placed mine on 12/31/18 and got a scheduled build date of 3/11/19.

Update - received my VIN # and checked https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking#/ and says it is in the processing stage. I went through the Model information and my locking differential was not listed. I looked at the disclosures and it said "The Vehicle Summary area does not show all features ordered."???

I think the only way to track it is using the Ford Vehicle Order Tracking on their site using your VIN. I just keep checking it....I have my VIN memorized...never done that before.

I checked this morning & my delivery date got moved from 2/24 to 2/19! I hope that's true! Time will tell! Maybe because I only live 10 miles from the plant!

Not exactly sure what you are asking but there is a lot of us with ROVP that have build dates the week of 3/11 and 3/18. We have no idea what our blend dates are as of this moment. Be more than happy to answer better if we can.

Looking for any ROVP truck, that had a blend date after 1/16 that has been delivered. From what I come up with, there must be a shitload of trucks sitting and "awaiting shipment". I believe a lot of the "In Transit" with N/A as ETA are still sitting in Mich.

My Ranger is ROVP with a blend date of 1/23/19 due in 2/10/19. Still awaiting shipment but only 60 miles away from the plant. We will see if this happens, been delayed twice already (127 and 2/3). Will let you know tomorrow.

One of them mentioned (quality hold) Does that mean it failed somewhere in the inspection when the car was completed?

If you believe what Ford Rep said, mine has been turned over to trans co. and Ford is thru with it. It appears all Vehi-ship does is transport from MAP to rail yard. My dealer GM says there is a big time shortage of rail cars affecting all brands.

It appears all the trucks we've gotten in Portland have been by truck. After hearing this, maybe that is a good thing. They seem to be arriving pretty regularly now.

Hopefully the rail car shortage is short lived.

That's what I was told by my dealer today. Waiting on rail cars, and the reason I have N/A on delivery. They said they have no idea when it gets shipped.

That would be my guess, but I'm not sure. It is difficult to translate the internal "Ford Speak" sometimes. Just like "OK to Buy" (which is really "OK to Ship".

I thought after I typed my post it sounds like a dumb question. But I am glad to see I am not the only one that needs a translation in the way they speak.
