Yes. Be warned that some dealerships will tell you otherwise. I believe the transaction has to be processed through the service department, even if you are just getting the parts and not having them install them for you.

You can order parts off the ford parts site and use your points to pay. They deliver to your dealer for pickup or you can pay a little more and have them installed by dealer

Correct, although this a recent change that took effect shortly after my remaining points expired.

Ordered mudflaps through Ford accessory site , went to install them today, hardware missing. Called customer service, they told me to send them back and will ship another set
out once they receive the returned ones.

They should just send you the missing hardware. That would be the cheapest and fastest way.

Totally agree, I asked them if that was the plan but they said they don't ship out the hardware separately.
Hope the new set has the hardware, We will see.
