Click "FORUM" in the header, and scroll down to "Marketplace",. There is a section that has wheels, and tires for sale. You may be able to find some there. Good luck. It seems everything I might want is on the other side of the country. :)

Yes, you can re-use the TPMS sensors, although a lot of tire shops will want to install with a "TPMS rebuild kit" which replaces the valve, cap, and valve stem. The rebuild kits are inexpensive (less than $5).

The TPMS system will re-calibrate itself after a short drive, so no re-programming involved if you use your original sensors or a new set of TPMS-42 sensors.
