I hit 3000 today. It's important to know that when I drive my Ranger I'm in it all day. Three hundred plus miles per day. I did 377 today in the rain. Well, long story short, the more I drive it the better I like it. The ride is a little firm but it doesn't wear me out. The power is very good and the load hauling is excellent. It's a responsive and safe feeling truck. I wish the fuel consumption was better, average 25 on 95% highway miles and it's hard to load and unload due to ride height and tailgate depth. I work around that. I wish the infotainment was more user friendly but it isn't bad. My happiest moment with it is when I'm walking back to it after a delivery and seeing it. I think it looks great and I'm proud to be driving it.

2k miles in. Mostly commuting and dropping daughter off at school. Terrible gas mileage. 16-18mpg. Bumpy ride. Really dips when breaking. Odd transmission clumping. The 4x4 rumble when starting out.

but my first pickup and I really enjoy driving it and look forward to being in it.

When I first bought ours, it had goofy shifts and power was good but the truck felt better in sport. It just felt all around odd. Nice, but odd. I’m at like 2500 miles now and I switched over to 91 after the first tank.

I have beat on this thing every time I drove it, for 2k miles. After the first couple tanks, I could feel better throttle response and more pull. Now it runs as good in drive than it did in sport when I first got it. The shifts are perfect with no more goofy feel. The computer has definitely learned how I like it. I pretty much ran full throttle to 80 every time I got on the highway.

Wow what a difference from when I brought it home. It’s a great little truck so far.

When was yours built? For the transmission issue it might need the TSB. Mine shifts very smooth which is (I think) the general consensus once the initial transmission calibration happens.

I have about 6000 km on mine and have not had many issues with it at all. I am getting about 22 mpg in the city. Shits smoothly. The only thing that drives me a bit crazy is with the auto shutoff ( and yes I know I can turn it off) is I loose the power steering . Oh and on heavy snow or ice days I have to turn off the body sensors.

just little things that I will learn to live with.

If you turn the wheel, it will start up again. Othewise, why do you need steering when you're stopped?

I am just over 4,600 miles on mine, and love it..

Only thing that's bothering me is the poor milage for the winter.. Last tank, 13.5.. Ouch..

I do agree, the box/bed is high! Really had to reach over to get fire wood out today..

It’s always good when it “Shits Smoothly” !

You definitely have something wrong with that mileage..you better have them check your injectors.

Winter gas up north drops our milage, and also I've been using the remote start too. And.. short trips to work and home.. so it really don't get warmed up.

Yeah..but 13 mpg is unacceptable, maybe if you were pulling a trailer..
