What he said. Low pressure fuel pump getting the high pressure pump ready to do work.

It's the actuator on the turbo. You can see it from the passenger front wheel well. Have someone open the driver door while you look. Assume it is running a precheck of some sort.

Depending on your age it could be your body making straining sounds. I have a clicky knee.
