Love the looks but it rides too loud and rough on highway and I do a fair amount of driving on highway. Tire place will let me replace. Any suggestions on a off road tire that will be somewhat less aggressive? ? I have had it leveled. Thanks for your help!

I know many like the KO2's but I'm very surprised to hear you say they're loud. I've had mine on for over 18,000 miles and they're very quiet on the highway. They're a little louder than the stock ones but not much IMHO. BTW your black truck looks great!

Thanks! Unfortunately when I get up to 65-70 I start to get some vibration and the noise is really distracting. Did you change your shocks?

No just a RC 2.5" level. I'm sure you have but have you checked the balance on them and the alignment recently? I just had mine realigned as the alignment was a little off from when I did it 2 years ago. We just did a day trip down to MX and was averaging 75 and it was very quiet.

Vibration is not normal at all.

Did this start when you swapped tires? Sounds like a balancing issue to me.

The noise level probably can't be fixed, but you shouldn't have any vibrations.

If you can find them Toyo ATIII would be my first suggestion, or Falken AT3

They balanced the tires after installing. I asked them if they thought it should be checked again before I order something different and they assured me it was balanced. It is a slight vibration in the steering wheel but its very annoying. Thanks for your help!

I second this, I was on the fence with mine initially but after about 500mi the Open Country A/TIII broke in nicely, fantastic ride and aggressive look. I have a 50mi round trip commute to work and love how they feel.

I'm sure any business is going to say that their work was fine and that's not the problem. Another shop might be in order.

Although, did you get an alignment done after your level? If not a bad alignment can cause that type of vibration. And if you did the tires right after the lift you may not have noticed it.

Extreme toe angle can cause exactly the vibration you're describing.

Love my Toyo AT3s. They were hard to find in 255/80 17 though.

I am one of those that like the KO2's! As soon as these stock Grabbers show some wear I'll be putting those on the new Ranger.

I just got the same Nitto's a couple weeks ago. Mine are pretty quiet. I switch from Firestone Destination and the ride quality is about the same.

I have Cooper AT3 XLT's and am very impressed. Very smooth and quite on the highway. Not as aggressive tread as the Grappler, but if you do a lot of highway driving, these would be a good compromise.
The XLT's look more aggressive the AT3 LT, but do ride a bit "firmer".
