New member here....been reading up some...had my ranger for a month now an 1,200 miles. I had a 93 reg cab splash v6 5 speed, a 03 extended cab edge v6 5 sp auto an now a '19 xlt ranger 4x4. This is my first 4x4 truck. I had a beater wrangler I used to abuse. I've had about 15 new cars mostly fords an a few 5.0 mustangs an a 32 valve cobra. Been hitting the exhaust section hot an heavy an I ordered a Borla muffler to replace the factory muffler an reuse the factory pipes. I'll post up a sound clip when I get it done.

Hey everyone. Finally getting around to making my show and tell post. Picked up my 2019 ranger xlt fx4 about a month ago and I’ve loved every minute of it. In that month I’ve already had a chance to install the rough country 2.5 inch level. Have a long list of things to do on the ranger I will be sure to post them up as they get done. Along with this ranger I also have a 1989 ranger stx I am bringing back to new. I was lucky enough to receive a lot of goodies from LMC. Once the summer comes that build will be in high gear. I will make sure to include pictures of that as well.

Welcome. What plans do you have for it?
Just put Rokblokx on it yesterday, have a set of Westin HDX step bars coming in the next 2 weeks and plan to order a bed cover soon as I decide what I want. I'm sure there will be some other things done after I complete those. So many options to make a truck your own.
As far as putting it to work, it will do some towing, hauling of home project materials and car parts, moving kids out of my house to their own house, and daily driver duties since its so fun to drive.

Thanks I've got plenty of them. With all the vehicles I've had the 89 has a special place in my heart. Gliding through the gears on a back road is unmatched.

I want one of these Hot Wheels
Hey Deton8r, very easy. Got a 2-pack on ebay cheap, both were decked out as Raptors with checkered flag paint in blue or yellow. Drilled out the 2 plastic-melt rivets, stripped one down, sanded it and painted with Krylon Fusion all in one "Gloss Red Pepper" from Lowes. Not a bad match. Didn't take long and a nice diversion. Now I'm going to repaint the grill blue oval, to black and titanium...too much chrome and blue!

Sounds easy enough, I think I'll take a shot at this. How do you reassemble it, standard rivet or glue?

Easy enough, comes apart in 4 pcs. Wheels/frame + chassis + windows + body...glue it back together. I've not detailed the lights, bed, mirrors, etc yet. Just reminds me of making models as a kid!

Welcome to the forum. I've been here since ordering mine back in October and it finally came in yesterday. I have to take it back tomorrow or Monday for them to install the running boards.

New to the club, I got my Ranger a few weeks ago. I have been wanting one for awhile and have been trying to get a new one but none of the ford dealers wanted to come down on the price. I found this one owner with 5,000 miles and got a killer deal on it.

It is a 2019 Lariat FX4, the original owner pretty much ordered every option on it. They also put BFG AT tires on it.

I will get better pics once it stops raining in Oregon.

I don’t have any major plans for it but I do have an ARE Canopy on order.
