There is no GPS that is 100% accurate.
It's garbage in garbage out.
I've had engineers that follow the GPS take them into the middle of a farmers field and I ask them "Really, you just followed what it said to do instead of using common sense?"

When I was still working at FedEx, I would have drivers get stuck on a road they had no business being on, they would not admit it but they were using goggle maps and there is something in our little pea brains that makes us take that road even though it is mud and has rained for a week. I still carry paper maps even though I mostly rely on GPS.
