Welp today I got a surprise. After being ghosted for close to 2 weeks I got a call saying my truck was ready. I wasn't sure what the hell was going on but after some questioning they did a full rebuild under warranty. Went by after work this evening and after paying the $100 deductible I was on my way home. The adaptive learning still needs to settle but I don't think the truck has ever operated so smooth. Can't say I was happy with the process but I'm very happy with the outcome.
Can you post a copy of the repair order to see what all they did?

I think I already know the answer to this question. Should I add lubegard to the new rebuild even if things are working good? Or is it only good for when the shifting is acting up.

Well it’s like the artists say right? You gotta trust the process 😅.
Happy to hear your truck is getting back in gear.. (literally 🤭).

I ran my new transmission about 2000 miles to make sure everything was good. Then added Lubeguard ( extracted and replaced). Didn’t notice any difference. But that’s not why I did it. Looking for PM benefits down the road.

I would add the Lubeguard, maybe wait a few miles to make sure everything is good as already suggested. It definitely can't hurt.
