Just got my new truck, and am towing my pop-up to Summit Point WV this weekend.
I bought the Curt Echo, and it seems to work fine. My 12volt line charges the camper battery.
I had to go with an 8 inch drop hitch to get the tongue somewhat level, it's 2 degrees down, but a 5 1/4 was nose up.
Looking forward to seeing how it does.

Looks good, just watch out for those driveways off main roads that have a dip before you get in. I have a Class C and tow the Ranger. Bottomed out a few weeks ago. No damage just scary hearing it scrap. Gotta go on more of an angle and not straight in next time. . Have a great time.

Looks good, you are right nose down is way better than nose up. As Chris said you are going to really need to be careful of bottoming that out. Your jack is really hanging low, especially with the foot on it. Can't tell if you have it all the way up or not.

If you find clearance on the trailer to be an issue, etrailer.com sells a lift block

I did it to my pop-up and it makes it much better when it take it off road

Setup looks good though

I'm fly. I'm pilot.

I would rather have the nose UP, imo, for the extra clearance. But that's my opinion. For what reason do you say nose down is better?

Maybe a 6" drop would make it level?

Level is always best. Nose up can cause sway, and causes more wind resistance and turbulence.
