I would scan for codes and try a BCM Reset with Forscan, it sounds like you have a bad handle (which is a antenna) for the passive entry (Lariat)
There are some wiring checks for Voltage & Ground that can be done, but I would try the code read and reset first.
There is not a separate fuse for this - this is VBAT power from the DC/DC Convertor and the fuse for that is (Fuse #3 - BJB) 50 Amp Fuse, so pulling this fuse will dump power for the Pass/Entry system and force a power cycle.
