Passenger side touch lock and unlock isn't working.

I read that if the battery is low this feature is disabled to conserve power, I checked my battery voltage and it is 12.7 volts. What else could be causing this?

Mine did the exact same thing but fixed itself when...I charged the battery. My voltage was 12.3 volts but my charger said it was only 50 percent charged. Trickle charger fixed the battery and later I noticed the passenger side detectors were working again.
