Since March I have been dealing with Parking sensor faults where the system just notifies me of a malfunction and turns itself off. I have taken it to the dealer (now for the 5th time) for this problem. They have replaced sensors, installed some wiring kit from "Pin 2 at connector c1428 to pin 31 at c2280c-bcm", reprogrammed the PAM. Now they have found more bad sensors with water intrusion in connectors, cutting and splicing in new connectors. Problem persists. Now I get a air bag light that says circuit fault to passenger impact severity sensor. The dealer verified this and once again water intrusion into the connector. I have spoken to Ford customer service and they have assured me they will get the dealer whatever they need to fix these problems. They also gave me (at no charge) a 3 year 36k Premium care package as of now with a $100 deductible starting... kind of like starting the bumper to bumper warranty over. Anyway in addition to those two problems the dealer told me today that my rear license plate lights were not working... again due to water corrosion in the plugs. Anybody else have any of these issues??

Lemon law isn't out of the question. Ford told me the only part of the lemon law I don't qualify for is the dealer needs to have it in shop for 30 days or more for full refund. That hasn't happened yet but seems to me that it could be a negotiable issue. Problem started with 23k and now has almost 29k. Dealer has it now waiting for parts, but should get it back sometime tomorrow. See what happens this time.
