Mud terrains on my 2022 Ford Ranger Cooper Discoverer stt pro 275/65R18

I recently just added mud terrains on my 2022 Ranger and I really wanted the cooper tires. I have the black appearance package and those that know that package comes with the black 18” metal rims. I have the 2.5” leveling kit from rough country.

this was the truck with the regular all terrain tires the fx4 off-road package came with. I had a blow out on the front passanger tire and decided to replace all the tires with mud terrain tires.

from the dynapros 265/60r18(that’s the spare tire it’s a 265/65r17). I went to the
Cooper Discoverer STT PRO LT275/65r18.

I really like the look. They fit perfectly. I don’t hear any rubbing. Highly recommend these tires if you’re looking into mud terrain tires for your 2022 Ranger. We went looking on all the forums to see what cooper tire would fit my Ranger because of the 18” rims. These tires won’t fit without the leveling kit for sure. So no need to change out these beautiful rims to 17” rims.

I was thrown off by the magic graphics that appear and disappear.

Some pics have a graphic below the side vent. Some don't.

And then some have 2 graphics.

The lighting angle makes the dent hard to see in some pics.

Either way, the tires and wheels look sharp!

i think you will like them. had em on my raptor when i traded it for the ranger. a little loud on the highway but not bad for an MT, and balanced out smooth as butter. considered em for my ranger in 265/70/17 but got scared off by the weight, price, and the fact that size only came in E load.

Yaa it’s the same truck but I took the stickers off and I tried to show multiple angles of the truck with the all terrain and mud tires since I had a really hard time looking what mud tires would look good for my 18”

Please ignore the dents ? it’s a 2022 but it’s been beat up already ?. The dent on the back fender was a hit and run. The one next to the hot wheels decal was a bull ?

Those are really nice tires. And I really liked the coopers since my dad has an f-150 with the same tires and over 60,000 miles on the tires already. So I know they are good that’s why I went with these but yours are really nice too! But do the have for 18” rim. Because I didn’t wanna have to buy 17” rims

Tires look great on your truck! Any scrubbing of your tires with the stock wheels (+55 offset?) and 2.5-inch lift when taking it off-road? What did you opt for your spare?

I recognize this truck from FRF. I haven't seen a terrain scab around in years, any regrets in parting with it?

a little. had some good memories in that truck. a few offroad trips to utah with buddies. but it was almost 10 years old and i needed something new. couldnt spend 75k on a new raptor, and f150's well equipped were over 50k, so the ranger it is. i still post on FRF occasionally, but just in the champagne room. lots of shenanigans in there, but the mods are almost non-existent

Did your back bug you until you got used to squeezing into the ranger, as much as mine did lol. I hear you on the prices these days, between my two trucks I don't plan on purchasing a newer model again ever. Glad I got the ranger when I did and I love it now as much as the bigger truck. With it's shorter wheelbase, light weight, turbo and terrain modes it's as much fun to take off road. I'm just dying to tune it but still under warranty and need it as a daily.

I've had fantastic performance from Cooper tires on my Nissan trucks for years. I look forward to changing to them when these stock tires wear out. Like you, I've got the same damned 18" wheels on my FX4, so I'll see what I can come up with. Cooper has been great to live with.

yes these are fantastic tires and well if you do end up getting these tires they fit! As long as your leveled!
