modify fender side vents

I got bothered enough that I pulled off the emblem cover on the side vent. I was thinking of going rtr style and putting mesh but I don't know. Maybe an emblem or side light marker would look cool. Has anyone done this?

Just saw that exact thing on an Overland Expo West 2023 video highlight. Granted for Jeeps but it sounds like they 3D print the moving parts for the door. Was a vehicle air company that was there.
