Very often, this turns out to be loose anti-sway bar links. Check ‘em out.

For me it was my brake pads. Specifically one of the front ones. It was missing those springs that keep it from rattling and would make a horrible noise on bumps and uneven roads. It was driving me nuts until I finally figured it out. I’d try to move them up and down with your hands and see if that replicates the noise

This may be way off base but I was under my ranger yesterday to remove skid plates to jack up front and found the two bolts that the skid plates share were not tightened during my 10k service at Ford dealership. Fixed my rattle 😩

Check the strut mounts up top. Sun visor not clicked in or rear seat not latched. Those 2 get me all the time.
One time, my small breaker bar slipped through an opening in the jack storage area and was bouncing and rolling around between the cab floor and the passenger side rear storage bin. It took a while to figure it out. 😀

I am having the same issue and the only spot I’ve found loose is the drivers side rear shock absorber bottom bolt. This shock moves freely about a quarter inch left and right and also the top half sheath of the shock is smacking the interior portion of the shock making noise. This is supposed to be a bolt that simply unscrews and the nut should catch the box it’s installed within and not move…of course it’s spinning freely and they either loc-tite’d the heck out of it or it’s seized or something but I couldn’t get it unstuck with a wrench and impact…going at it again this weekend to try and get it tightened up. Check yours.

If I recall the nut is captive. Undo the bolt.
