Ford recommends checking engine accessory drive belts at 100k miles, and changing coolant at 200k. These mileages seem unrealistic to me, what say you?

I thought the coolant was every five years or 150k miles? Either way, I had the coolant flushed along with trans fluid and filter changed 84k miles on my 19 Ranger last May. I would change it at around 3 years or 60-75% of the mileage depending on the fluid. The two belts I haven't done yet as the second one appears to be a real pita. I am not a professional though so perhaps other more knowledgeable folks would chime in.

The drive belts should technically be checked every time you get an oil change done. When to change it? Depends on when it is worn down. For the coolant it is a special long life coolant. That said it may leak before you get to that interval anyway
