From watching various videos, the 2019's had a little compartment inside the glove box for the owners manual. 2020+ seems like it went away for one large space.

I didn't want to add this one until someone with a '22 can confirm. I heard the little removable rubber pads on the bottom of the cup holders have been deleted. Can anyone confirm?

I’m reading an interesting book right now called Car by Mary Walton. She followed the design and engineering team through the development of the 1996 Taurus and Sable. You know that everything is an oval car they built (well at least for the Taurus. The Sable was a little more normal). Anyhow even though all of that happened 25 years ago in the book it was discussed if you could remove cost from a vehicle program you’d get a bonus. After the first year they started to decontent the Taurus pretty hard to try to maintain profit margin as sales took a slide. I would bet even today if you can remove cost from a vehicle you get an “atta boy or girl” so none of this is surprising. I would assume some things cut will make a return on the 6G model only to be cut once again as time goes on. Some things like the prop rod are probably here to stay.
