So this has been like this since new. Tried to get it looked at the last time I was in for service, but they were more focused on the rear P/S scab door seal, then the front apparently. No biggie as there's no drivability issues or rattles. Passenger side front door panel where you pull the door shut, the cover on the handle is not flush to the panel.

It's always bugged me when on that side cleaning. Just had my second service done (10k technically, but I do 5k intervals lol) and they determined that there is an issue and ordered a new door panel and cover :like: .

D/S is not perfect either, but way better than the P/S. I don't think I'll press my luck though .

Well, dang it! The paint under the rear of the back fender looks splotchy on mine. Where the fibreglass layer is. You can only see it from under the truck.

I need to take pics and see what y'all think. It didn't bug me very much until now ...

Wouldn't annoy me until I first saw it, then I wouldn't be able to unsee it, in fact the gap would get wider and wider every time I looked. I have a creaky armrest. It annoys the sh*t out of me.

When I picked up my Ranger after having the dual rear exit exhaust put on, I immediately noticed the tailpipes were not symmetrical. Made them put it back on the rack and adjust them. They got it to the point where although not perfect, nobody could ever tell. I still look at them almost daily and think about it.

THAT pretty much HAS to match as close as possible. I'd have taken it back too.

Duct tape would be fine.

But it must be perfectly cut to seams and the texture stripes must be matching with all three tapes which you would need on that panel. And then you'd have to do the other side too so that it looks nice and symmetric. And the seats too to keep the overall feel aligned.

That panel is very easy to remove.

You can fix it yourself in less time than it would take to explain the problem to the dealer.

The panel is held in place with plastic clips.

I've had mine off many times and never broken one.

Start by popping the panel off at the rear and carefully work your way toward the front.

Looking at the pic, I'm going to guess that one of the plastic clips is not fully seated in its retainer.

OK, I gotta see a picture of your dual exhausts (or is this a joke too???)

I posted pics when I had them installed. Maybe search for Gibson exhaust.
