Installed some spots on the truck finally. They are ok… not exactly what I was looking for, but perhaps I can aim them a little better.
When I load the bed with my tools, the truck squats 1 1/4” at the back wheels. This aims my low beams way too high. My idea is to aim the lights properly when...
My rubber hinge on one piece is completely torn. I tried to have mine fixed under warranty, and the dealer said “they don’t cover that”. They couldn’t even point my in the direction to get parts.
I was digging through a website… Bakflip maybe… and someone was looking for the same parts. The...
Mine was doing this too. I tried restarting everything, and sometimes that would solve it. I finally discovered that I had a lot of dust in the lightning port on my iPhone, and that was giving me those symptoms.
Mortar dust is pretty bad for you, too. I do a lot of demo in my line of work (carpenter), and remove a lot of old tile. I always wear a respirator. Tile and mortar dust boogers suck.
Snuck in a quick wash and wax… hopefully not the last time before winter! It was just too nice today. Finished in the dark, so here is a not-so-optimal pic:

My old EP3 had this happen… the clear turned yellow, too. I would restore them once a year by sanding and polishing, and sealing them. I finally had them re-clear coated by a body shop. My car was 18 years old, so not really exactly the same thing.
EPHatch… but I don’t really post there anymore since I sold my EP. Back in the day it was pretty too-knotch… lots of knowledge, experience, and quality built cars. As the model aged though, it became cheaper and so did the work being done to it and the level of care involved.
I think this belongs here.
