left 12v power outlet on dash not working, can't find fuse

If you are measuring voltage across the fuse socket with the fuse removed, this is not a good test of the circuit.

If you have an extra fuse, pop the top off of it. This will allow you to measure voltage to ground on both sides of the fuse while installed. You should have 12 volts on either side of the fuse to ground with the truck powered up.

If you do this test on F16, make sure that you have a device plugged into the driver's side power port to act as a load. This would verify whether there is a poor connection to the fuse F16 voltage feed or not (inside the BJB).

After thinking it over, you might want to pull the power port socket assembly and check the connections on the back to verify they are tight and not damaged or melted. Also, look inside the power port for any physical damage to the socket.

Ok, I was viewing on my phone on my last update - After the post I remembered previously looking at the diagram from the manuals (like posted) above which leads you to think that the relay has 2 separate outputs for each relay (except not depicted)

This diagram makes more sense.

The Relay (SET) latches the relays (Pulsed Ground) (This enables the Power Point Timeout) of 75 Minutes
The Relay (Reset) Unlatches the relays, so after 75-Minutes (Pulsed Ground) and the relays power off.

Is there voltage at F10? I think F10 feeds the left dash power point. Check with truck running.

I verified on my truck that F16 feeds the driver (left) side dash power, not the passenger side.

I will have to check mine, but I think Ford (since the 5G is a variant based off of the ROW) that Power Point #1 if a RHD Truck would be RH, I am curious if the ROW diagram depicts it that way.
Thanks for noting that - this points out that the wiring diagrams may mislead sometimes.
I would have to dig for the answer, but do some trims only have (1) Power Point? I know that some only have the single USB vs the dual USB Hub.
As I have understood all trims had the 2 Power Points in front and the variance was in the rear center console.

Checked mine today - my 2022 is the same - Fuse 16 = Drivers Side and Fuse 10 = Passenger Side
