Hello everyone. Just got a new 2021 Ford Ranger Lariat Supercab two weeks ago. I've been learning a lot about it here, even before I ordered it, and decided to join.

My first Ranger was a 1986 Supercab V6, 5 speed manual. Kept it for 24 years and loved it. Then inherited my father's 1997 F-150 and kept it until it was 24 years old. I liked it also, but the new F-150s got too big, so I went back to a Ranger.

Thanks for the welcomes. The color is Rapid Red. Still getting used to all the changes since 1997. The hood still opens exactly the same, so I can do that without thinking too much.

Ha! I had a 97 XL 3.0 that got retired December this year. 287K on it. Honestly still be driving it if frame didn’t rust through at front leaf spring mount points on the frame. Served me well for 24 years!
