Keyless lock unlock recommendation ...

Has anyone installed an aftermarket keyless lock unlock system on their base with good results ? I am looking for someone that has actually done it recently and recommend a specific system p/n or purchase link. Respectfully please dont blindly suggest go look on ebay etc...I am looking for someone that has done it with good results and experienced as little headaches as possible. Tx !

Do you have power locks already or adding them in?

Well I can open my locks with Ford Pass Connect and my cell phone so everythings there I guess you could say but I have no remotes with my base model ...just keys.

Fordpass and the fobs use totally different means of communication.
Fordpass uses you phone to communicate with Fords servers that communicate with your truck using a AT&T cell connection. The fob uses a direct radio connection to your truck and an RCM module which your truck may not have.

Pretty sure Ford has a plug-in system that also has an alarm. You can also get them with extended range for fob

Use your pass points to pay for it

Closing this thread up - I ended up installing a Crimestopper Sp02 Alarm system basically just for the remotes...less than $45 with 2 remotes.
