Since my CarPlay issue was seemingly fixed by disconnecting the battery (software update was a success), I now have a couple of minor issues. One being the Auto up/down feature on the driver door doesn't work (2019 Lariat model), and the other is the key proximity feature. Before all the doors unlocked when you grab the handle, now it's just the driver door.
Is there a setting I'm missing? I thought I checked them all.

You need to reset the auto up- down feature. Some info here:

From the Owner's Manual

Resetting the Memory of the
Electric Windows - Vehicle with
One Touch Up/Down on Driver
Side only
Note: The bounce back feature remains
turned off until you reset the memory.
In the event of a flat battery or after the
battery is disconnected from the vehicle,
you must reset the memory for the driver
window.
1. Open the window and then try to close
it using the one-touch feature.
2. Lift and hold the switch to the second
action point until you fully close the
window.
3. Lift and hold the switch for more than
two seconds and release.
4. Open the window using the first action
point and try to close it automatically
using the second action point.
5. If the window does not open or close
automatically when you press the
switch or lift it to the second action
point, repeat the procedure.

To reset the Door, Unlock - Unlock All from Driver's Side. If I recall, there is a setting in the menu on the left screen (IPC)

Adding to the response from @airline tech, from the 2019 manual:

With the ignition off, press and hold both
the lock and unlock buttons on the remote
control for three seconds to change
between driver door or all door unlock
mode. The direction indicators will flash
twice to indicate a change to the unlocking
mode. Driver door mode only unlocks the
driver door when you press the unlock
button once. All door mode unlocks all
doors when you press the unlock button
once. The unlocking mode applies to the
remote control and Intelligent Access Key

If you are saying that the doors will not unlock when grabbing the individual handle (only the driver door working). that is a symptom of a low battery and the vehicle disabling features. Are you still on the original battery?

If you have a charger, charge up the battery and all doors will unlock when you grab the individual handles. For those of you with 2021+ Lariats, only the front doors are touch activated.

I'll try charging the battery, but I haven't had any battery issues. I know the battery is the original. I'll also try the remote button option inside the cab with the ignition off and see if that works as well.

Don't forget you also have a Door Lock setting in the IPC:
You do not have to use the Key FOB Method
