I was told to hold it down until it opens completely, then release. Lift up until it closes, then release. Should work after a restart? So I'm told....

I'll try charging the battery, but I haven't had any battery issues. I know the battery is the original. I'll also try the remote button option inside the cab with the ignition off and see if that works as well.

I used a piece of hose that fit the fumoto valve and then zip tied it under the truck. Now no more removing the skid plate. viola!!
