welcome to r5g! great color! the low miles and 2 owners would give me a bit of suspicion but with a good warranty period left i wouldnt worry too much. as long as you got a good dealer.
Thats the thing, I have trust issues with all dealers, but this one so far has done us good. So, fingers crossed!

Congrats , great find! Definitely replace the shocks, the stock fx4 dampeners are garbage. I have Eibach Pro Truck 2.0 for 34k miles and very satisfied. Bilstin, Fox, Icon or probably any other shock will be a huge improvement.
Oh because you have a 2019 Lariat others here will covet the extra 20 things on your truck that Ford deleted?
Yes extras, like rubber sealing bungs in the sill panel and tie down points in the tub.
I really think you guys got screwed over there, over here about the only thing we lost during Covid was the 240 volt outlet behind the seat, the reason/ excuse given, being that because it had a multi nationality socket pattern it contravened Australian design rules.
Which meant that all your missing parts did exist - just not in North America.

We did however suffer from massively pushed out delivery times. I'm sure some elderly purchasers possibly had their vehicles delivered to their estates.

Oh yes congratulations and welcome to the group, and wave goodbye to your spare cash!

I was lucky, I managed to find and buy one second hand where the previous elderly owners (grey nomads) had kindly pretty much already installed most the extras I would have bought, including a couple I would have liked but probably not bothered with.
All in all probably about $8-10,000 in factory approved accessories. Saved me a HEAP of money.

Really all I've since purchased, has been a matching alloy rim - so I can have a useful matching spare for rotations, a 12/240 volt fridge - to put in the back and keep the beer cold of course, and some canvas seat covers, - I do outback trips and Australian dust is RED and gets everywhere, when wet turns into red sticky mud that NEVER comes off.
I also bough a STONE STOMPER to protect the front of my caravan from stone damage and to stop stones bouncing back off the front of the caravan and smashing the back window of my canopy or taillights.
These are an expensive but amazing bit of kit that really works and worth every cent if you frequently tow on dirt roads. I don't know if the guy ships overseas but here is a link. https://stonestomper.com.au/
I considered a tailgate damper but worried about the possible loss of testosterone.

congratulations... now get rid of the ugly lariat rims ?
I kinda like em, They are better than most ford OEM rims :). But yeah they will just be for my winter tires.

I just found that thread!! Poor ranger !
Lol
Im also reading a bit about the water leaking onto the plugs... thats an amazingly curious gap in the design!! Going to have to see whats up with my truck with that... and if its an issue, I happen to be an engineer who designs and mfgs fixes for problems like this ;)
Well, as you have a 2019 Lariat you also have an engine cover that covers the spark plugs?

And a under hood lamp, hood struts..... I would be careful opening your hood in front of other forumites. Could take hours to clean off the drool?

When you have some time, look up member P.A. Schilke on here. He's a history legend on the Rangers & all things Ford, very interesting guy.

I bought my 2001 Ranger Edge+ from Phil Long in Colo Springs.....do they still use little sheet metal screws to attach their dealer badge on the tailgate ? I had them remove the badge, fill the holes and repaint mine.

Yeah, sheet metal screws for the badge? That's some horse xxxx.

Welcome Joe. I have a 2020 Lariat. And, the rims are upgraded, so we paid for those ugly wheels! I actually like them, too.

Did you ever mention what the carfax damage report was for?

I did check on the extended warranty on my 19 and if it is 41 months past build date you can't get the Ford though Granger.

I got mine from Flood but I was still under 36k miles. You can try the main ESP warrantee site through the Ford pass app. Might be worth a try.
