A bit too late for April fools! This Said...

Most F150s and above, have provisions for a 5th wheel. In the case of the Ranger, with such a large RV, I suspect it is a case of a loose wheel!

Honestly though as long as one stayed within the limits of the Ranger, a 5th wheel would be a great way to tow. One could probably get closer to that 7500lb rating and be more comfortable than a tag along.
