My fix was to disconnect the BMS and allow the battery to fully charge as Henry Ford intended, 100 yrs ago as seen here:
I did the same thing with Auto Stop/Start - disabled it completely, along with the starter. Sure, it’s a lot more work but my battery lasts forever and Henry would have been proud.

This may sound whack, but I have charged my battery using a Jackery 1000 and a NOCO Genius 5 plugged into it. The Jackery was on the floor mat out of view and I ran the wires from the charger to the battery through the driver's side window cracked open and through the gap in the hood. It charged until the current draw from the NOCO got low enough that the battery inverter cut off. Still had about 60% left on the Jackery.
