2.5 OME suspension kits
265 60 R18 on BAP wheels

Second photo down, looks like passenger side arm that gap looks like something that should not have been installed

I agree with Phil , that one got welded weird and only the welds are rusted , Monday morning or Friday evening job ...

Do you think they would replace at no cost as a defective part? Im out of bumper to bumper warranty ,but still have powertrain warranty. Am I better off just getting aftermarket?

Take it up with the dealer and Ford. Worst case they say no
