Agreed, but I see how others like the 6g design better. My issue is that ford is making the maverick, ranger, and f150 front end too similar now.
theyve been doing that for decades. I believe they call it the "one ford" initiative. they deliberately carry over styling cues from one model line to another.

After seeing pics of the 6G Ranger I think the 5G is infinitely cooler

I agree totally I love the looks of my 5G Ranger. I have a unique and cool truck. The nose I believe gives the 5G Ranger alone identity. When I first spotted one on the road in 2020 I was enthralled by it's style.
2022, Splash came out, I searched far and wide to find the right one.

I don't like that the dimensions have increased as my 21 Ranger fits ok in the garage. A few more inches as with the 24 Ranger would make things tight.

If heard that saying somewhere before!

I get mail offers on trade in deals for a 24 model. I'm not ready for the change. Now, if I could find a new 23 sitting somewhere, I'd be interested in trading my 21. Like it or hate it, the 5G has a unique look, and that's not just amongst Fords. I sometimes have difficulty in identifying new trucks as Ford, Toyota, or Nissan.

I'm on the sidelines until 2025. Hopefully there will be either a SuperCab or a SuperCrew long box or both available

When the 25's come out, the first posts will be about all the "stuff" that was deleted from the 24's !!!

I'm not a looks-driving person by nature (ask anybody), but part of why I snapped up a lightly used 2022 is that I saw they'd made the 2024 look like the Maverick. Gross. Total design failure to make your higher end products look like your entry level stuff. "I'm getting a Cadillac because they made it look just like a Chevy!" WTF.

Look at that beautiful chrome!
I have to agree. My first thought on seeing the 2024 Ranger profile was Ridgeline. Not ugly but not distinctive. Like these lines better. I have to say, I waited a while for a Maverick and finally picked this off a lot.
