Well, I guess I need to do another dive and see what I find. Maybe they were covers removed for the power/heated seat connector.
Something like that was my guess as well.

Not overly concerned about it. But they were sitting in my garage after finding them last week and figured I'd throw 'em up to give you sleuths some fun. They look like switch blanks to me.

I found one of the black squares not long after I got mine on the floor of rear seats when putting in my new mats. They’re caps for where the seats fasten down to the floor. Trim piece. I have all mine but seems it was an extra in my truck

I found one of the black squares not long after I got mine on the floor of rear seats when putting in my new mats. They’re caps for where the seats fasten down to the floor. Trim piece. I have all mine but seems it was an extra in my truck
Yep, just coming back to say that. I I have a feeling that if someone drops one during assembly they just grab another out of the bin and move on. Same with the hinge pin, wouldn't shock me if the glove box has both of them, and that is just extra.

I'll check to see if mine are all there. Extras are cool though.

Or they keep them in the "cigarette pocket" of their t-shirt and they sometimes fall out.

When I did AV work I'd always find cable clips and whatnot I/we had dropped when doing my final walkthrough.
