That's like a day at the theme park for me. I'm whooped afterwards.

I'm with a couple of y'all others, I get my cardio on my bike now... I'm getting in ~20 miles a week. Which is a warm up for some folks...

Y'all on any of the fitness apps, Garmin or strava?

I get mine biking, we have miles and miles of bike trails, I can get 30 miles in and never pass the same spot twice. Can't run due to bad bad knee, can't take the pounding, but biking doesn't bother it. I like to keep my weight right at 180/185, at 6'2" its perfect, same weight as when I retired 17 years ago. Once you retire you have to stay off the couch and move.
Jesse,

Olive oil has also helped bring very substantial relief to the Arthritis. I do 1-2 tbsp's a day. Not sure if it works on injuries too.

Walking/hiking are considered to be some of the best all-around exercises. I used to walk (really liked it and the benefit of it) along with stair climbs and a backpack as part of the legwork exercises in my workout program. But dropped those two to substitute with cycling because I was not getting enough of it in. I have arthritis in my knees and those three exercises relieve it. Doe's walking/hiking help improve your hamstring issue?

Funny story. Trying to get about 4 miles hiking today, and about a mile or so into it, I started to feel the bowels move. Nothing major, but I started looking for make shift toilet paper just in case. I was approaching the 2 mile point where I would turn around and head back, when I see up on the top of the hill, porta potties! I was between school and park areas and there happened to be porta potties along side a ball field. (I have neve been on this section of trail before.) While those things were not well maintained, they had toilet paper, so I relieved myself nonetheless and headed back with full confidence there would be no emergency stops!

And using leaves. Not that I'd ever know.:bandit:
I have had to do that a couple of times deer hunting. Got in the habit of taking a sandwich bag with some TP in it. Got emergency wet wipes in the truck too.

I wear cargo shorts here in the Philippines. I always carry TP and wet wipes. As many bathrooms will not have TP. But most have bidet sprayers

Well since you brought it up, I have a bidet attachment on our bathroom toilet. Thing works great! Saves a lot of TP and the clean feeling is unmatched by TP alone.
