I am currently on a cruise, and routinely see concoctions similar to this out in the dining deck. It's really amazing to see what people will pile onto a plate when they are facing a buffet...

I was on a cruise or two (with Uncle Sam's Yacht Club), and after 9 months at sea you get bored and a little stir-crazy. You would not believe the things we used to put on our plates just to see who could come up with the weirdest combo. The catch was, you had to eat at least one bite.
