I certainly enjoy walking out my door and seeing my Ranger sitting there. Of course enjoy driving much more. But here in the Philippines driving is a foreign concept to locals lol. They slowly move from one parking spot to another.

Fighting weird noises from the back, odd SYNC issues, and gas prices (coming from a much smaller daily)... It starts to fade....

Then.

I find an open stretch of road and the 2.3t and 10spd combo shine and it returns.

This truck doesn't like to be babied. It seems far happier at full tilt then idling around the neighborhood.

Grin really came back when a taco lined up on me late a few nights ago talking smack. It didn't go well. I even turned off all the nannies to let it spin thru a few gears to hammer home the point that not all 4 cyls are created equal.
