Is there any way to get around this 'feature'? 2019 Lariat with keyfob, horn beeps twice (loudly) if you exit with vehicle running. It doesn't work for me if I'm getting in late and checking my mailbox at midnight and other times......other than leaving the keyfob in the vehicle (worse security risk) or turning the vehicle off (more noise to restart and needless), is there any trick to get around this?

TIA,
Forrest

With the newer beta of Forscan you don't have to change the hex codes, just select the disable double honk.

I know someone else can explain better than me.

If you don't want to use Forscan they make a horn/honk eliminator and they also sell a auto stop/start one too.
