I have one of these too. I love how it has a “just try to slam your minivan into me” look. But it’s also not something that catches my knee and causes me agony as I pass around it in the garage.I have the TGL hitch step

. The person that hits it will definitely know it !!!I have it on for two days and I caught my leg once... ouchI have one of these too. I had to use some sticky felt strips (furniture protection) on it to keep it from banging around inside the receiver tube; bought it from Lowe’s and doesn’t make a peep now.
It’s also a formidable weapon while in reverse.I was curious about what it's made of....solid steel. The person that hits it will definitely know it !!!
Probably will clear all stuff under the Truck, but sure could be a significant issue with Departure Angle of your truck hanging as low as it does.I was interested in this hitch step. Do you think the 31" bar will interfere with anything underneath the truck? It looks like it clears the spare tire in the sample pictures but not sure if there is anything past that that might get in the way while driving?
Has been recommended here already but doesn't meet the need of a Step for when the Tailgate is down!Thought this was asked in another post. Why not get this. Serves 2 purposes and cheaper. Had one on my F150..
