Last night I was hearing a higher pitch noise that happened on freeway when accelerating at 2000 rpm. It kinda sounded like my tire running over a really light rumble strip thats got louder and it stops as soon as I let off gas. Also I don't feel any physical rumbling or wobbling. I pop the hood when I got home and see this tube completly disconected so I replaced it but the noise is still there. any advice helps

I changed out the tube and I still have the noise but I'm sure I still needed to change that tube it was falling apart. I just attached a video that captures the noise

I’d bet that split tube by your intercooler is what’s causing the high pitched noise and you simply dodged a bullet when you found that crumbled tube before it caused you some hurt.
