Hard tonneau cover with rack combination ????

Are there any tonneau cover and rack combinations that will allow the tonneau cover to open with the rack still up?
I know Diamondback has the ability to mount a rack to the top but then the bed is only accessible by the tailgate.

Ideally I would like to have a trifold or rolling (waterproof) hard tonneau cover that will allow full access to the bed while the rack is in place with rooftop tent.

Not sure if that is possible.
If you have any suggestions let me know.

If you get the Zroads rack you can lift the sides and still access thr sides of the bed when the bed is open. Either a roll-up in soft or hard metal will do such
