Looks like something to knock your knees on, no thanks.

Sure when its freshly installed you start by always remember its there, but over time you will inevitably forget its here and the knee knocking will start when getting in and one.

Unless you are a midget. If so disregard my thoughts.

Every truck is different, but I had this in my old 4runner and never had issues. It really depends on how the seat/steering column is. I am also 5'9'', so I doubt I'd have problems.

Its not that you would hit it, when paying attention, my problem would soon or later be those times I am distracted by whatever and BAM....
