I have a question about the half shaft assy. The dealer replaced it and noted on the inspection that the wheel bearing is damaged after they removed rear right axle. They replaced the axle assy but doesn't mention anything about the wheel bearing. I was wondering if that is apart of the assy. The part number they used is kb3z-4234-d. I tried searching the part but it doesn't give details.

I had a leaking axel seal. They replaced the whole assembly (axel, bear and seal).

The customer service here isn't that great. If I have any more problems in that area, I may trade in and get away from ford.

So you have had a history of bad service there? Sounds kind of drastic to change brands because of a dealer, any more within reasonable distance?

There's other dealers but you have to make an appointment which is usually 2 months out. It's not just dealer, the truck is young and it's already experiencing issues. I don't offroad and I don't go crazy with it. Yet the parts are breaking early on. As long I don't have anymore issues any time soon, then I'll keep it. I just don't want to keep taking the truck back and forth for repairs all the time. Especially how the wait time for repairs are.

Yeah, the wait time can be a real pain. I can usually get mine in within a week. I also have a '21 and haven't had any reason for warranty work, except the brake bleed early on. I have it tuned and it has tons of power, which I try to be conservative with.
Changing brands may not solve the wait issue.

Well hopefully I won't have any issues any time soon. I see other people having the same issues I had. The service rep said there's a tsb on the rear axles and differential carriers. Hopefully it's fixed for good. He also said the mavericks are having axle issues too.
