Half Cab Pick-Up Bronco Build!

This guy on the Bronco forum chopped up his First Edition and is making it a half cab pickup. It takes some big ones to do this but so far it’s coming along really well. I would’ve done this with a Base model not one that there was only 940 made but I guess it’ll make it that much more rare. It looks so much better than a Gladiator! I cant wait to see the finished product. If anyone wants to follow the progress here’s the link.

Yeah the Gladiator just looks out of proportion but then again I'm partial to two doors myself. Here's a few more updated pics. First with a mock up of the bulkhead and the others with the bed finished. It's coming along really good.

The first thing that came to mind when looking at the rear angle photo, was how would I get a flatted wheel & tire back up onto the tailgate mount if I had a flat off road?

My septuagenarian back makes me think differently nowadays.

This guy is talented for sure. To take a $60K First Edition (msrp) and chop it up you'd better know what you're doing. lol I can't wait to see it all finished.

Looks like it has potential to be a nice rig. Here's what I was hoping for when Jeep announced the Gladiator truck. This guy did a great job. He started with a totaled TJ.
Another foot of bed length would be nice IMO.

I'd take an English Wheel to strengthen that piece of aluminum.

Hopefully that is just a mockup for fitment.

i was wanting something more like that myself! i had hope for the gladiator and was sad when i saw the production version.
