Size is comparable to an old SWR Trident9 I have. Works great for sound!

There are smaller options like the AAC TiRant9s I picked up or the Omega9k that is really popular. You're trading some sound reduction for size tho.

@DocE3Gun @Jeffsmith13 appreciate the insight and explanation on some of the science behind suppressors. Can’t wait to own one, once I secure a job outside of this state.

If you’re ever in the neighborhood you can try a few of mine before you buy one .
Appreciate that offer, will keep it in mind. Don’t be surprised if one day 5 years down the line you get a DM from the quiet ranger5g forums because I’m stopping by in the area :p

I have been collecting parts for 308 AR for about a year and a half. I finally got the last part in and assembled it last weekend. Good news, it went bang and not kaboom.
Must feel nice it went bang :) Nice build JJ

Finally got around to taking a picture of the guns. Not as crazy setups as some of you but they are perfect for my uses. The behind guns are airsoft for simmunitions. Quick list, Henry lever action .22, M1A scout squad with Leupold scope, Springfield saint victor 556 with sig sauer red dot + holosun 2x magnifier, Jagerwerks g19 with tlr8AG (green laser variant) and trijicon rmrCC(city pistol), glock 29sf with a tlr6(red laser variant)(woods pistol). Four sets of armor for family/friends.

I decided to build this, but not in airsoft, for $@%&s and giggles. I have no good reason for it than it looks cool in a stupid kind of way, and I am going to build it. Parts are inbound hot!

Oh yeah, I will be running a "real" optic. Sig Romeo-MSR sights went on sale pretty low buck.

Ii don't pretend to know exactly what that is, but you're right...it looks cool (but not in a stupid way...more of a badass-lethal way)

It's a short barrel AR15 with a Hera Arms furniture kit on it and some airsoft meat-tenderizer-to-the-face attachment on the front. ?

I ran a Romeo on airsoft and damn did it look cool and worked really well. I also found these cheap China eotech sight marks hold zero pretty well for airsoft.

Cool!
I'm hoping that Sig Romeo holds up against the recoil of the 5.56. My buddy's on his .45 AR is rocking along nicely!

Mine has held up over a couple thousand roundsof 556. Nothing to say but good things about the Romeo. I have seen some lemons though. But if you get a good one it rocks!
