Grill letters

I looked at most of many threads and they almost all are related to tailgate letters, so hope this isn't redundant. Got these from TVD they are charcoal metallic. Before and after...I thought the plain chrome looked washed out. Had these applied for me and it was so reasonable and since I watched him do it, I knew I did not have patience or special tools to do it. Very pleased.

Went with the Copper Metallic which was a good match with Saber.

Where did you get the Saber colored ranger letters? I can only seem to find tailgate, none for the grille.

You can get the grille ones here. The Copper Metallic are the ones that match the Saber color. I also did the same for the dash lettering which are here. Just make sure you use a spray bottle with soapy water and keep them wet. I used a Q-tip to move them around and then once in place you can get some of the excess water out with it.

A bump for you. Your truck may be the twin of mine. Some of the styling on the Ranger really bugged me over time, especially the 'unfinished' aspect of those grill letters, so I got the same letters.

And the Putco lower grill panel for that inexplicable open gap.

We got the Red grill letters and TVD Vinyl Red-Orange Dash letters. The red seems to match better than the Orange Red Vinyl to the Pepper Red color, but you are not looking at the outside with the Dash.

Did mine this morning. They are a slight bit lighter then the tailgate letters but I honestly think no one would notice.

I like that contrast - mine are charcoal but the tailgate has the thick black chrome ones from Ford which I really like. I was doing a dealer swap early spring on saw them on a dealers truck and had to have them.

Just installed the TVD decals on the my grille, used night blue metallic.

Thanks all. This just convinced me to finish the interior and exterior with the letter inserts, and I went with the night blue metallic too. Love how the tailgate turned out with the charcoal letters.

Hmm... I have a Race Red truck with the black package... so all black grill... I wonder if the charcoal gray or red would look best on the grill...gray would just be a subtle touch... the red would be very close to the Red on the hood and front, so if they are off a bit, might not look quite right...

We got the red on the HPR. The color difference is probably greater than your red and you can't really tell (pics in this thread). We got the red orange dash letters and it is more orange than red but still not a deal breaker. I think you would be happier with the red.

Word of warning. I put the red vinyl on my grill and they disappeared first time thru the car wash. Replaced them with 3m ones.
